Chang Choon can not close his eyes Saturday night (21/9) imagine will meet with the brothers and sisters who live in North Korea the first time since 62 years ago.

"My dream is to meet up with my brother the first time in 62 years and then suddenly vanished like a bubble burst," said Chang, 81, with a deep voice when contacted by the AP by phone yesterday. He expressed his wish that the dream of a lifetime.
Chang is one among hundreds of South Koreans are planning to visit the Diamond Mountain in North Korea. In the region and many families live apart because of the war. Reunion program this year is the first since last year.
North Korea previously rejected the program continued to protest the South Korean war exercises with the United States in the Korean Peninsula.
Seoul earlier this year asking Pyongyang revoke the decision and provide the opportunity for separated families to be reunited.
