Smoking Bans in Prison Inmates.

The British government tighten smoking rules. Besides in public places, ban smoking immediately applies throughout the UK prison.
In 2007 the rule is already applied in some communal prison of the Queen Elizabeth II's.
Yesterday (20/9) National Health Service (NHS) announced the plan.
Government would ban the prisoners and prisoners smoke cigarettes because it can endanger the health of other people who do not smoke, that the prisoners. inmates, staff and prison guards who do not smoke are forced to become passive smokers.
"Application of this rule will be preceded by a pilot phase we will apply the most rapid early next year," said one official NHS.
This time he said it was still considering the negative impact of the application of these rules, because all this time smoke is the only way for detainees and prisoners to unwind behind bars.
Some are concerned that if the smoking ban was put in place, the prisoners and inmates will protest.
"Maybe there will be turbulence, but that rule can be applied in Canada and juvenile prisons in England and Wales. So there's no harm in that rule applied in all prisons," said the Secretary General of the Association of Prison Guard Steve Gillan. Thank you for reading this article.
